I am Vinh The Bui, a Senior Frontend Engineer with over 8 years of experience building responsive, high-performance web applications with Vue.js, React, Next.js and Angular. I am strong in frontend architecture, complex state management, and data-heavy products including dynamic form engines and analytics dashboards. I am also experienced in algorithmic problem solving — including clustering and optimization — with a focus on turning complex requirements and designs into maintainable, user-friendly interfaces. I currently live in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, and founded MoQuan to help businesses make smarter location decisions based on real data.

- Conceived and launched MoQuan, a location intelligence product that helps businesses evaluate shop locations.
- Defined the product requirements and UX direction, and used AI coding agents to build and ship the product end to end.
- Used AI-assisted development workflows for implementation, including requirement specification, code generation, review, debugging, and iterative refinement.
- Built an interactive map experience using Leaflet and OpenStreetMap, with map layers for places, busy areas, opportunities, and heatmaps.
- Developed business-location suggestion and location scoring logic to surface the most promising spots based on business type, demand, competition, and nearby activity.
- Migrated the database infrastructure to PostgreSQL and added caching, spatial filtering, and performance optimizations.

- Architected a dynamic e-form rendering engine using Vue.js with a plugin-based component system.
- Built reusable, configurable form components with real-time validation and conditional logic.
- Integrated REST APIs and designed a scalable state management layer for complex workflows.

- Built Revu Link from scratch with Next.js, a link-in-bio and portfolio platform for creators and influencers.
- Included customizable profiles, video content, scheduled publishing and collaboration workflows.
- Built the frontend of Revu Search, an influencer search platform for brands.
- Implemented search and filtering, influencer listings and pagination.
- Built the MCN Management Tool for creators and partners.

- Built online payment workflows with Next.js, integrating multiple payment gateways with fallback handling and transaction logging.

- Contributed to the migration of a legacy platform to Vue.js and Vuex, including component refactoring and frontend architecture improvements.

- Developed the Student Grouping Engine using clustering and Genetic Algorithms to assign students into balanced groups based on user-defined target ratios.
